How fast will you respond?
We aim to answer calls during business hours and reply to emails and form requests within one business day. It can take a little longer during busy season, but we get back to everyone.
Do you serve my area?
If you’re in Wilmington or the greater Cape Fear coast, most likely yes. Give us your address and we’ll confirm right away.
Do you clean both homes and businesses?
Yes. We handle houses, rentals, and commercial properties, from a single driveway to a full building exterior.
Can I get a quote without an in-person visit?
Often, yes. For many jobs, your address, a short description, and a couple of photos are enough for us to give you a price.
Do I need to be home when you clean?
Usually not. Most exterior jobs just need property access and an outdoor spigot, so plenty of customers are at work while we clean. We’ll confirm what we need when we schedule.
How far ahead should I book?
For a standard cleaning, a few days to a week is usually plenty. Spring and post-storm season fill up fast, so reach out earlier if you have a firm deadline.
Is there any obligation after I get a quote?
None. The quote is free, there’s no deposit just to get a price, and no pressure to schedule.
Can I reach you on weekends?
You can text or fill out the form any day. Our regular hours are Monday–Saturday, 7am–7pm, but Sunday booking requests are always welcome.
